"The lobby is on the 3rd floor which was out of the ordinary… you come in to only elevators… I’m guessing it’s a safety precaution but very inconvenient for guests… especially if no-one is there to let you in initially. 1 elevator was being serviced during our stay… so we waited a long time for elevators. Breakfast was great! There were plenty of options and they served until 10:00 so that was a plus!"

"Great place to stay, breakfast is great and unsliced. Parking is $20/per day no problem in a covered garage, huge plus when rain or heat is out. Food nearby, indoor pool, you’ll love it here."

"the parking was the best thing about the stay.. big parking lot parked in front of my door. Very minimal contact with staff the cleaners did come everyday. The room was bare minimum toilet had issues flushing, there was a 2 inch gap under the front door so light would come in through the crack. The room has very thin ceilings could hear every step from upstairs occupants. Next to busy road "

"First off they did not give me the room i asked for and when i was starting to drive from dallas to houston i called to confirm my room they confirm anyways i get there is not what i book and i was told the one i wanted had been booked for months. It was raining so the water was coming into the room i called from desk and they sent maintenance all he did was put a towel as a doormat to soak up the water. He said they didn't have enough buckets for a leak that was right by the door. The fire alarm thing was hanging off the ceiling and he couldnt fix it due to him not having the proper tools. Spiderweb on ceiling as well. NO BREAKFAST all they offer is coffee, "granola bars" and some muffins that who knows how long they were there. Beds need to be updated i could feel the spring on my back. Also front desk said no cleaning service, they only go every 14 days. You live and you learn. I wont book here again. "

"Had a lovely 6 night stay at the Hyatt Regency Houston Galleria. The hotel was as expected for a Hyatt. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel bar was quite nice and had a lively, although not overly crowded, vibe. Enjoyed a late dinner at the bar one evening and cocktails with colleagues another. The Market for grab and go and quick bites was also great although it could be staffed better especially during the morning rush hours. Great chocolate croissants and lattes for breakfast and I was able to grab a very good personal pizza to take up to my room one day I was at the hotel working. My only complaints: 1- the coffee maker in the room was very dirty and needed to be cleaned. 2- The iron was missing from my room and despite two requests I never did receive one. So I was a bit more wrinkled at meetings than I had hoped. 3- The valet only parking option was overpriced and not terribly convenient. Would have preferred a self parking option. I ended up parking in a neighboring lot."
