O atendimento é o que mais decepcionou, pois na maioria das vezes estão mais preocupados com o atendimento via telefone, do que o presencial, com o hóspede. O café da manhã se não acordar cedo geralmente eles não tem reposição de bolos e frutas. Sobre a limpeza o único ponto negativo é ter que deixar a sua chave do quarto no balcão de atendimento, onde todos passam e podem pegar as chaves e entrar nos quartos alheios.

Nos deram um upgrade de quarto, estávamos em um quarto para 4 pessoas, porém, era pequeno, ao conversamos com a atendente ela nos disse que no dia seguinte liberaria um maior e fez nossa troca para um bem maior. 🙏

As fotos não condizem com a realidade da pousada. A pousada cheira mofo e tem entulho para todo lado. Café da manhã não tem diversificação nenhuma e em dois dias faltou pão, mesmo chegando bem antes do término. Talheres e louça sempre sujos. Garçons e recepção desatentos

No segundo dia não havia água no chuveiro, e a tivemos que tomar banho em outro quarto, nosso quarto tinha pouca ventilação, atendimento ruim (, ao chegarmos não fomos bem recepcionados, a noite comemos pizza e fomos abordado por uma funcionária (uma mulher com uma criança de colo) de forma grosseira questionando se estavamos em algum quarto e como iriamos a comanda, a recepção sempre está sozinha. Observação: Apenas o pizzaiolo, o garçom e a moça da limpeza do periodo da manhã foram muito gentis com a gente (essa moça nos ajudou arrumando outro quarto para tomarmos banho).

Local faz o básico Porém a limpeza principalmente no banheiro é nitidamente precária, rejunte do box cheio de mofo, do quarto tbm bem simples. Wi-fi não funciona A tv somente antena sem Netflix
