Passamos muito calor. Ar condicionado nao funcionou de acordo e o frigobar q deveria ter para ao menos gelar agua, não funcionou. Informamos a recepcao, porem disseram nao poder fazer nada. Cafe da manha nao foi de todo ruim, mas toda hr tinha q pedir algo como prato, guardanapo, café. Senhora da recepcao ate q tem boa vontade, mas nao nos trocou de quarto, mes.o sendo informada q estavamos sofrendo com o calor. Na reserva pedi q deixasse minha filha no quarto ao lado do meu e em local silencioso, e nos colocaram bem no comeco do corredor onde todos passavam e faziam muito barulho e com isso, apos as 6 da manha ninguem conseguia mais dormir. Nao foi u.a boa experiência e nao voltaria a me hospedar.
