Fiquei no quarto andar, mas não foi possível deixar a janela aberta durante a noite devido ao barulho da rua e área de lazer embaixo. O colchão de casal estava afundando e a limpeza do banheiro deixou muito a desejar (pelos pelo box e paredes encardidas). Gostei do café da manhã e da simpatia dos funcionários.

Recomendo o hotel.

Gostei do hotel, o quarto era bem grande, banheiro grande, chuveiro com água bem quente, com potência, café da manhã farto, atendimento muito bom, pessoal do restaurante super atencioso. O jantar no estilo buffet é bem gostoso e variado, a comida é bem feita só poderiam segurar a mão no óleo.

Custo beneficio não muito bom.

Teceira vez que fico no Carlton e dessa vez nao gostei muito. O hotel possui quartos reformados e alguns mais antigos e nessa estadia me colocaram em um antigo. O sinal da TV estava muito ruim e o quarto nao possui espelho. O hotel tem que deixar o restante dos quartos reformados e modernizados urgentemente.

O hotel é muito bom. Acomodação fantástica, local bom e de fácil acesso. Café da manhã ótimo. Custo e benéfico excelente. Porém gostaria de dar uma opinião para os proprietários e sócios. É necessário treinamento para os Funcionários. Um hotel desse Porte tem que se preparar e principalmente com o atendimento. Percebi que não tem Gerenciamento. Se investir nessa área irá competir fortemente com os concorrentes.

Não é a minha primeira estadia neste hotel, que está localizado convenientemente no trajeto comum de minhas viagens. As acomodações são modestas, mas atenderam confortavelmente as minhas necessidades. O serviço de tv por assinatura do quarto é razoável, mas poderia incluir algum streaming. Infelizmente, o café da manhã está deixando a desejar, foi melhor nas minhas primeiras estadias, mas caiu muito em qualidade e variedade na minha última, e este era exatamente o que me motivava escolher este hotel.

Meu quarto estava simplesmente IMUNDO. Não sei se estavam fazendo alguma obra ou algo do tipo, sei q tinha terra pra todo lado. Hotel muito, mas MUITO barulhento. Graças a Deus fiquei só uma noite, porque não suportaria ficar mais. Cama dura, banheiro com cheio estranho... NUNCA MAIS!
