"First day. Staff had no idea of my booking. Had to wait an hour before i can check in. Bedroom had a swarm of flying bugs everywhere in the bedroom. In addition to batches of larva all over the floor. Ants everywhere. I have photos and video. Is this a property Expedia endorses?
I should at the least get a refund for half the stay.

"We didn’t like our stay at this property. It’s just 3 rooms located at a very aloof place. The property is not maintained n no dining option available. "

"We had the privilege of staying in a truly authentic home nestled in the heart of the rice fields, owned by the most wonderful family. The mother, an incredible cook, prepared meals that were simply unforgettable, and their on-site restaurant had a charm of its own. Her daughter and the staff were genuinely kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The level of care and hospitality they provided made us feel completely at home. "Very poor management! No soap, shampoo, toilet roll or hand towels provided. Shower curtain was rusted. No electrici kettle in the room. We booked 2 king beds 2BDR but ended up getting one king bed and one single bed. Owner did not understand English at all which was a major issue.
Location wise very good! Walking distance to Ubud market"

"This villa is basic and was perfect for me for my one week stay.
I enjoyed privacy, the comfortable sofa on the terrace, and a hot bath in a jungle setting.
Overall it was peaceful aside from some construction noise and traffic in the distance. Lots of frogs too through the night but the sounds of nature are wonderful.
Biggest downside was the road to get to it which is very challenging for cars. Better if you plan to use a scooter or scooter taxi.

"The staffs are great and accommodating. I booked a room for my elderly mum and wasn’t aware that it’s at end of the building (this place is huge) and need to walk up some stairs. She got upgraded to a studio which is just a short walk to all the restaurants and front entry, for 3 nights and no charges. If you after a place to relax, highly recommended. They have gym/spa ( extra charges) , a massive pool and like 6-7 restaurants. Also they have heaps of security guards, as a guest I do feel super safe staying there."
"We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we had breakfast included in our package.
Dala Spa was a highlight—relaxing and well worth the visit—and the welcome drink was refreshingly unique, unlike anything we’ve had elsewhere.
We also arranged both a full-day and a half-day tour through the resort, and both experiences were fantastic. Our guides, Arya on the first day and Arjawa on the second, were excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us well informed throughout, including updates on traffic. They shared interesting insights into the local culture and the history of the places we visited. Their recommendations for lunch and dinner were spot-on, offering authentic local spots that we thoroughly enjoyed.
We would definitely recommend this place!"
"Excellent property with amazing staff! Perfect location close to everything but away from the crowd- luxury is an understatement- quiet, serene, spectacular property!"
"I absolutely loved this property! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Every team member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and greeted us with a genuine smile. Their kindness and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable.
The property itself was beautiful, the location was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. We felt comfortable, safe, and right at home throughout our entire stay.
I can’t wait to come back, and I will definitely be staying at this property again. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our trip so special!"
"We had an amazing stay at the Impiana Ubud. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staffs and refreshing welcome drink. Our villa was spacious and clean. We loved the pool and the outdoor shower. We absolutely loved the amenities especially the public pool with the stunning view of the river flowing through the valley. Thank you to all the staffs for making our stay memorible. We will definitely be back here again next time we visit Ubud."
"My family loved this resort. It was paradise on earth. My 2 active boys were entertained by our pool right at our patio. The staff took time to know our names and what we like. Our experience in this resort is excellent!!!"
