"self online check in was very simple and efficient. the house was spectacularly clean and in a very quiet area; perfect for a weekend getaway however, the hotspring was not available and the sauna was only until 22:00 there was no curtains so the rooms were all bright when the sun started rising. kitchen was fully equipped. we were a family of 6; 4 adults and 2kids. but none of the equipments were for 6ppl; we found 5 pairs of slippers and 5 toothbrush only. Kamenoi Hotel Aso

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great time at the hotel. It is very quiet and the location is amazing. We really enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast and the onsen was a great way to start and end the day! Our room was spacious (twin beds) with a great view of the mountain. We will definitely come back if we ever come back in the area. We even considered extending our stay but couldn’t because of other plans. Highly recommended for a relaxing time."
