"The location is right next to the train station next to the AEON mall. The carpet was clean and the room was spacious unlike most of the Japanese hotels with small rooms. The staff were very polite and kind. I had the breakfast and the food was pretty good too. I was very satisfied. "

It never feels as welcoming when you are expected to deal with a machine when you have staff standing at the desk doing nothing unless you need help. No thank you for staying with us - just a machine telling you you have checked out. Everything else was spot on and comfortable - the free daily snacks, drinks and rice dinner was appreciated. The champagne was particularly nice😀"

"I enjoyed my stay at Soki Kanazawa. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was very clean and nicely laid out. The restaurant in the hotel serves great Japanese breakfasts and the dinner Chef's kaiseki is fabulous. The restaurant staff is very good too. The location was ideal for my 4 night stay in Kanazawa. The only suggestion I have is for more lighting to be set up over the cabinet, refrigerator, counter area. That area is quite dark at night "
