Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were decent sized with some basic amenities. Property amenities were basic too but suited our short stay needs. No complaints!

Aso Baien Spa Resort
Staff at the front desk was really nice, room was good but the onsen were really busy and have to bring in own towel and products. That was a bit disappointing.

Kamenoi Hotel Aso Park Resort
Excellent restaurant with a fantastic buffet breakfast. We stayed in one of the "Kumo" rooms which had nice views of Mount Aso. Would recommend to others.
