"The only challenge was there was not available staff to attend to our needs, on checking in, no one at the reception for 30mins, communication barrier as staff finally available speaks very little English,on checking out, no staff to hand over keys and we had a taxi waiting to take us to airport. "Love the huge window with a great view of the spines formations and balloons, not to mention the 680-sq ft , spacious room. Hotel’s back has multiple, large terraces where we can enjoy breakfast, or sit on comfortables lounge chairs (some hanging) to view the tall/thin spines in the surroundings and sunrise. It felt like living in a paradise. Restaurants with most delicious food and Uchisar Castle are within walking distance. Friendly and helpful hotel staff gave great recommendations of restaurants and attended to our needs (sometimes even proactively). The tours which we booked and airport transfer all picked up and dropped off at the hotel. Will definitely come back and stay here again."

"This was an excellent choice for the price point. Staff were helpful. Good breakfast. Location was easy to get to (some nearby hotels difficult to find on narrow cobblestone streets). Walking distance to Castle and valley sites. Pleasant stay overall! Would book there again. Bathroom lighting could be brighter."

"We couldn't believe how nice the people are around here. We came in late and they still were able to work with us getting us settled in. The next morning we're able to look out our window of our hot tub bath and see the incredible balloons glistening in the sunrise. It was unbelievable. We were struggling from jet lag but we're happy we were able to see it. We scheduled ourselves to go on a hot air balloon ride but unfortunately it was canceled. So I would definitely recommend to try from the first day you were there just in case it gets canceled and you can catch the next day. Staying in uchasar was definitely the way to go. It was definitely more quiet in the view was amazing! We slept great after full days playing on ATVs and seeing the blooms rise in the morning. This was a great stay and I would highly recommend it."

"Simply wow! This hotel is unlike any other—built into the rock formations with stunning views over Göreme and the morning hot air balloons. The cave-style room was spacious and beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with antique charm. Navigating the winding stairs to the rooftop restaurant added to the adventure. Seten Restaurant was fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel also arranged incredible tours, including a hot air balloon ride and a visit to the underground city. Be sure to stay a few days—balloon launches depend on weather. A truly unforgettable stay. "
