Hotels with free Internet in Udawalawa

We stayed at Hantara Udawalawa hotel for one night after an afternoon safari at the park. We arrived around 12 am and the staff was arranged the safari for us (at the normal and reasonable price) and let us use the room as it was ready. We enjoyed a lunch and set out for the safari. Our evening dinner was very good and we had a good night in a very comfortable room. Thanks to the staff and manager for their warm welcome!

After suffering all the substandard places in Sri Lanka, Centauria Wild was a welcome relief. Compared to the other rubbish accommodation we had in the ‘resorts’ of Sri Lanka, this one is a real resort and it’s about the best you can get in this part of Sri Lanka. Nice buffet dinner although not wide selection. But it’s sufficient. I highly recommend this place in Udawalawe. Free workers’ accommodation for the driver too.

Our stay at Mahoora was fantastic. We booked the full day all inclusive safari package, which gave us one afternoon and one morning safari at Udalawawe. Special thanks to Avinka, who looked after us and made our stay special. Avinka was also our guide during both safaris - his passion for the wildlife at Udalawawe was one of a kind and we learned a lot of different details we otherwise wouldn’t have (we realized a lot of other safaris did not even have a guide). Our driver was fantastic as well...

Great stay! Excellent staff and service. We had a beautiful dinner on the property at night. We arrived very late at night and the staff we very accommodating towards us, they scheduled a slightly later safari so we could sleep in.
