The property exudes unparalleled beauty, perfectly blending the signature elegance of the Taj brand with the serene charm of its lush valley setting. From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking panoramic views from the lobby deck left us utterly mesmerized — a picture-perfect introduction to this tranquil retreat. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were pampered at every step, anticipating our needs with genuine warmth and attention to detail. We would especially like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Harshita at the lobby, Praveen and Rajneesh in the restaurant, and Kunal, the talented chef — each of whom made our stay memorable through their professionalism and personal touch. For anyone seeking a luxurious escape amidst nature, complemented by exceptional service, Scenic IHCL SeleQtions is an absolute must-visit."

"So many kind words to say about Spice Tree. First: how many establishments have you ever been too that the manager of the Resort will ride with you to the hospital. FYI do not drink the spring water in the National Park in Munnar. He rode with our taxi driver to hospital, he stayed with me the whole time. I can never thank him so much for his help. You are an amazing Man. Thank you. 2nd this resort is the place for a great escape to relax and enjoy wonderful food by the best Chef. 3rd the staff there was perfect. From the reception and room cleaners, and then to the grounds cleaners. Everyone welcomes you with an open heart. I will have to say as tourists, we must always do better. Please tip the waiter staff, to the room cleaners. They work hard and deserve the respect we get as tourists from the Spice Tree. I will be back. Love India and Munnar is the best."

"I really loved the hotel. We had a very good stay and I would love to come back. The room was very comfortable and the furniture modern and stylish. I also really appreciated the design and the architecture of the hotel and of course the location! There is also a list of activities that are offered which I thought was a lovely idea to further engaged guests in the overall experience. Unfortunately, because of heavy rain, most of the activities were canceled when we were there. The only details I think needs addressing is the lighting in the bathroom which is too dim, especially by the vanity. It’s not possible to put make up on or to shave adequately in such dim light. I believe this should be addressed to make your hotel near perfect!! Thank you 😊 "
