The room was bigger than expected and had everything you need! The staff was all lovely and really helpfull when needed. The washer/dryer was such a plus! Its not far walk from the shopping area of Ginza just great over all!

Run down and the rooms were not clean. You also can not control the temperature to cool down the room, only heat it so it was very hot. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 am and you need to wait in line awhile to get in. Not a great experience.
