"The hotel is nice and most people at the reception, restaurant and housekeepers are very polite and helpful. However I have also experienced that things asked would not be done even though promised to be fixed, for example filling empty body lotion bottle. I’ve been staying at this hotel over some years. "Villa Oleanna is magical. The view from the room, the view from around the property is amazing and mesmerizing. The rooms are terrific, the entire property is wonderful. And the proprietors are caring, warm and everything one would want in a place to stay. Sitting outside with a capuccino looking out at the fjord as the sun sets--- Wow. We will go back as soon as we can."
