The staff tried but... When it's cold there is no way to warm the room. Breakfast depended on when staff could arrive. All furniture and wall paper chipped or peeling. Toilet often ran until back of tank lifted and played with. In check in they said they could do laundry but didn't say it would take over a day and initially tried to return clean but wet clothes. Image of lobby very deceiving.

チェックイン時間は14時でしたが、深夜到着に対応して早朝から部屋を利用できるよう配慮頂き助かりました。また朝食についても、ツアー出発時間に合わせ通常より30分早く提供して頂きました。 施設は少し古い感じでしたが、清潔は保たれており、何よりスタッフの対応が杓子定規ではなく、客の状況に寄り添った親切で気持ち良いものでした。

フライトの遅延により、朝4時のチェックインとなりましたが、スタッフは丁寧に対応してくださいました。朝食はビュッフェではなく、個別にサーブしてくれますので、前日に朝食の予定時刻をスタッフに伝えておくとスムーズに提供してくれます。私は朝早くに外出したので食べ損ねたのですが、部屋へ戻ると室内に運んでくれていました。朝食には程よいボリュームで、おいしくいただきました。 スフバートル広場まで徒歩20分以上かかりますが、周りに食堂やコンビニGS25があり観光に便利なホテルです。室内は清掃が行き届いており、清潔が保たれていました。また利用したいホテルてす。
