"Santa Maria Navarrese is a great location and the hotel is very central, on the corner of the main square. Plenty of gelato options and food nearby. The beach is 2 minutes walk and the path takes you past the best of the beach bars. The beach is pebbly, so best to take sea shoes, but the water is really clear and there are plenty of fish if you snorkel out 10-20m or so. "We stayed in a cottage, which was situated in a good location, close to tne beach. This resort is off a rugged but beautiful stretch of coast. The resort is beautiful, plenty of nature all around. It’s spread out over a hilly site, but has a free electric golf buggy service to get you about. There resort also offers a good mixture of swimming pools and cash bars. The entertainment on offer was good if you wanted it. We did an excellent excursion by boat along the coast as far a Cala Luna. Some of these beaches are stunning. We snorkelled every day and saw a good variety of fish. It’s a really nice resort and the staff were very friendly and helpful."
