They created an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and incredibly comfortable, which is not always easy to find. Traveling with young children (ages five and three), we weren’t sure what to expect at a more upscale resort, but it exceeded all expectations. Our kids had an amazing time, especially enjoying the chocolate massage and the pool area. It meant so much to us to see them so happy and included. Between the beautiful setting, the thoughtful details, and the heartfelt hospitality, we created memories we will cherish for a long time. We still find ourselves talking about how warm and special our experience was. We can’t recommend this place enough."

This boutique hotel hosts only four rooms, which creates a sense of exclusivity and allows for very personalized service. I truly appreciated how friendly and attentive the staff were throughout my stay. I was warmly welcomed with a drink and given a detailed overview of the area. I also valued the daily advice I received from the staff on how to best experience Baños—they really helped elevate my trip. The views from the rooms are what truly set this hotel apart.
