Bad hotel for a very high price!

Had to pay again the hotel price, even I paid already on the hotels.com plattform. The room was not up to a standard, light in the bathroom was not working and the smell from the toilett was terrible. I was not able to use the bathroom. In the pool was no water. Not recomendable at all.

Achtung ! Bertrüger!

Achtung!!! Betrüger! Geld Einkassiert und sagte, dass er keine Vertrag mit Hotels.com hat. Mitternacht sind wir draussen geblieben obwohl alles Reserviert und bezahlt. Rückerstattungsprozess ist am laufen. Hotels.com hat ein sehr negativen Eindruck bei mir und meine Familie hinterlassen, dass mit solchen Betrüger zusammenarbeitet.
