"The staff were delightful, especially Samir and Grace, who were so pleasant and kind. The lady who supplied the breakfast was also very kind.
The room had basically NO amenities, not even one shower cap. When I asked at the front desk for one, they said they did not stock them. The worst thing was that on day 1 of our stay the phone in our room had no dial tone. I reported it, saying that I had to look up the hotel # on my cell phone, call it, and wait through the auto menu to get the front desk. They said they would get me an operable phone by day 2, but they did not. By day 3 when we checked out, there still was no operable phone in our room. Also, there is a doggie area with a garbage bin, but there were no doggie poop bags by the sign that says to clean up after your dog. I asked about it on day 1. By the afternoon of day 2, a few bags arrived. Small things make a big difference. The lack of a phone in case of emergencies is a very big problem."
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dublin - Pleasanton
2/10 Terrible
"The place was old it’s like many years did not upgrade, the bed was very very uncomfortable,Room was stinky the door inside had a lot of scratches and some Coler gone the staff didn’t have really energy to welcome you or on check out same over all 1/5 star only"
"We chose this property because it displayed a large fire pit area but it was TINY! Maybe about 3 people fit outside and did not work for what we expected. We had a large group (maybe 10 rooms total for a basketball tournament) and we had nowhere to gather."
"Lack of communication and response was the true downfall. After missing the cleaning I stopped by and requested cleaning at the front desk. It never happened. No one showed up. It’s unfortunate because we were planning future stays in san Ramon. We’ll look for other hotels, even if it’s a little far. Staff can use additional training."
Extended Stay America Suites San Ramon Bishop Ranch East
6/10 Okay
"Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was coffee and a granola bar. They didn’t even have a dispenser of water. Just a vending machine. I forgot my toothpaste and they had run out. I expected more."
