"Everything was excellent!!!!! Only one thing I would recommend. I’d like them to have option to communicate via email for the foreigners from the beginning. They couldn’t contact me on the check in day because I have out of country phone. I called them with friend’s phone to request send me check in info via email. Even that wasn’t an inconvenience but would have more easier. "

"I had a fantastic stay! From the start, communication with the property manager was excellent—they were quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions I had. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which made arriving after a long journey so much easier. The location is absolutely perfect—close to Haeundae beach and traditional market, everything I needed, including restaurants, shops, and local attractions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!"

Excellent Stay

"This hotel made us the highlight of our Busan stay. We were treated like royalty every time we entered the hotel; the staffs were very kind to help in anyway they can. We want to thank especially Oscar Park, and his manager. Oscar went above and beyond and to make sure our stay was comfortable, with excellent recommendations to dining around the area. The weather was hot when we visited Korea. It was so nice that the hotel is attached to a huge shopping palace and duty free, we were having such a great time without feeling bored. The room is also very comfortable. Living in high end hotels many times, I have never been impressed with their amenities that I would abandon mine to use theirs. Lotte amenities are luxurious and I have been using theirs throughout this journey. Showers pressures are excellent, and additional details like soft close bathroom doors and underbed lightings really makes the hotel a great place to stay. Our family are very impressed with this hotel and there is no doubt we will book this hotel again when we visit Busan in the future. And thanks! Oscar! "
