"very basic hotel , still properties are constructed, pool is under constructing falsely mentioned in properties, poor cleanliness , poor air conditioning, some of my room no tv , some with tv without any tv cable recharged !! nothing to have any entertainment over all I was disappointed to stay there !! also I was bit surprised that how Expedia could accept booking with false amenities details !! I was trying to cancel during review of hotel but I can’t do it as there was not options showing in...

"We spent 6 days at Nature Heritage. We enjoyed 3 meals included in our hotel cost. Delicious food and caring staff. The staff did everything they could, under Manager Hari's wonderful attention, to make us content. We booked 3 safaris with the hotel. Saw tigers every safari and even leopards as well as other wildlife. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bandhavgarh! Our favorite part of the day was the evening bonfire at the hotel with pakora and chai! "

"Really charming spot with nice rooms, great facilities and really good food. Unfortunately the wifi was down during our stay. The staff is very friendly and service minded. Great safari in the area where we saw a tiger and lot of other wildlife."

"Horrible. Will never recommend anyone. Terrible house keeping, towels were dirty, rooms were not cleaned unless reminded several times. We were ten people and ordered for fried rice and veg manchurian. The food served was stinking and on complaining they took it in a very casual manner. My son suffered dysentery and my sister vomited more than ten times, luckily we had medicines and could control things. The cook and housekeeping staff needs to be replaced. "
