"When I arrived to Machu Picchu they told me I could not ck in because they had problem with the water system. They had found me a different hotel to stay in which I accepted because I had no other option. This place did not meet my expectations. Do not reserve this place."

They met us at the train station, took our bags and led us right to the hotel. The breakfast was great in the morning. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
