"The worst service we have ever received from a hotel/Bnb. It was a very hot 32 degree day and the air conditioner was broken in our room. We asked for another room when we we told the bnb was fully occupied which was understandable. We then requested that we get a refund for our accommodation because we couldn’t stay in a room that was so hot. The owner told us we needed to wait for her maintenance guy who was a 2 hour drive away, let alone the amount of time it would take him to repair a broken...

"This B&B made our Christmas! It was so beautiful, clean and like nothing I've stayed in before. The staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. We loved our two nights so much we booked a third. If I'm ever in Ballito again I will absolutely be staying here. "

"The location, views and apartment is really good. There are however some maintenance issues that need to be attended to. The balcony sliding door didn't lock, the water from the shower still ran out under the door and there was the first sign of cockroaches. I would suggest a fumigation regime as this is common in shared utility systems. The maintenance issues did not not dampen our stay as it is still a lovely apartment in a safe environment. We would return "
