"Viagem em família. Chegamos à noite muito cansados, depois de 4 dias de viagem de carro. Infelizmente só tinha vaga no 4. andar, e o elevador estava quebrado há dias. Fomos encalhados aqui hotel Royal, que fica ao lado. Quarto com lençóis sujos de sangue. E o detalhe que só nos demos conta na manhã do dia seguinte. É necessário um treinamento da equipe e uma fiscalização pra que isso não se repita."
