"It’s a perfect place to visit they have outstanding spa services. I even got a patient while I was there and it’s right around the corner from the Veterans hospital campus where I had an appointment so it’s very convenient. The only thing I wish they would have is coffee for the customers 24/7 in the lobby and maybe put a couple bottles of water in their rooms. Several other guests that I spoke with also wanted the coffee because you have to wait till 630 but everybody sometimes gets up at five and they want coffee and nobody wants to make it in the room because those coffee pot things they have in there they need to be cleaned. I went to the Wellington and the food there is remarkable. I always eat there when I stay prices are good foods fabulous."

"Awsome trip bathroom was right beside our cabin lol although we didnt use most there ammenities they had everything grills fire pits and also a store that's awesome in my book great place in the tennesse mountains loved iteven saw a bear or two thankyou blackbear resort for an awesome time!!"

"Not really a breakfast, a grab and go. No room as the breakfast room, laundry and ice were all in the same room. The hallway had a musty smell. There were people smoking in their rooms and you could smell it in our room, which was smoke free."

"The place was very nice and the staff were very courteous and I’d definitely stay again in future . The staff made it feel like home . The location was nice and Johnson city itself is an amazing city with a friendly atmosphere. Although personally I have my reasons to love it I’d recommend anyone who hasn’t visited to visit . East Tennessee is definitely worth the visit and this hotel is worth a stay ."
