"I’m was a concerned mother being my son was under age which he in the military who had orders to go to Virginia first trip traveling alone help us be ready with all his documents in hand to help reinsure that he was going to be taken care off front desk rep answered all my questions and concerns in timely fashion and understood my concerns also had a shuttle for visitors to go to airport. My son breakfast was good and customer service was very helpful room was very clean and comfortable as he had a long trip and very quiet he was very satisfied and felt safe although was a strange and long journey you had a head he also stated he’ll dif recommend the stay thank you"

"Room was clean, and comfortable. What I really liked about the hotel was the staff. They always smiled at you when you entered or left, which is such a small thing but goes a long way in making you feel comfortable in a place that’s not your home. Even the breakfast lady, she was working to keep the breakfast area stocked and cleaned and greeted you always with a chirpy good morning! They had some renovations going on but it was never loud or inconvenient."
