"Property is nice, but the area is not the best in Zanzibar. Beach is right where a working fishing village is located. Not very private at all! Property is nice, grounds are ok. Overall upkeep of the property is below expectations. We switched villas and the second one was better, but not in pristine condition. Villa layout is awkward. "Wonderful experience. The house is stunning and the room is comfortable and very clean. The pool is incredible. When high tide, we could just jump in the ocean right down the house The staff is very friendly and polite. The Chef makes the best burgers ever. The house is quiet but only 10 minutes away from all restaurants and bars from Nungwi A very good combination of hideaway. We highly recommend this Villa"
