"The rooms were very clean, staff that was on from 4 to 6 was very friendly. I didn’t realize it was so far out from Port Alberni and there was no restaurants around. It would’ve been nice if there was a kitchenette that so you could actually cook breakfast or lunch as there’s no stores or restaurants nearby. There was a store across the street but but very expensive and then again you could buy minimal groceries, but you have nothing to cook with at sprout Lake Landing resort"
"The location is convenient and central. Parking was easy as it's right in front of the main entrance. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious (2 queen beds). The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There are many power outlets so charging electronic devices was very convenient. The breakfast room was spacious and the breakfast selection was great. It's a well maintained property."
"Very disappointed with breakfast. Very limited food when we arrived 1hr before closing. Advised they had run out of butter. Only 6 slices brown bread left. Yogurt, pastries, fruit all run out. Lovely receptionist apologized. They did have scrambled egg & sausages."
"Stayed in the King suite. Friendly staff at check-in. Lobby provides free lemon water, cookies, and a coffee machine.
Sure was newly renovated, big, nice furniture, two tvs.
Didn't use it but had a look at the pool and hot tub, which looked pretty good. Also, there are computers to use, books board games, a gym and lounge areas.
Location was great, next to the waterfront with a nice pathway that goes all the way past an airpark, estuary, and playground.
Restaurants is right next door, and grocery stores are just a few minute drive away.
100% will stay here again."
