"When checking in I was told their POS computer system was down and I was forced to pay in advance with CASH which I didn't have on me. I had to find an ATM, withdraw with cash -including a $25 deposit- AND pay a $3.50 ATM fee.
Back at the front desk I was told that the senior/disability room I had RESERVED @ Hotels.com was not available.
The room was clean, the towels and bedding were clean, wi-fi was available, but no free breakfast and there is no on-site restaurant. Upon check-out I asked for my deposit to be returned and I was forced to wait while they sent an employee to the room to check it for damage before they would release the $25 deposit to me.
Most inconvenient!"
