"Staff were awesome and really tried to make our stay better, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is definitely due for a renovation. Our first room was not clean—the tub was heavily stained, there was hair on the wall and floor, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We were moved to another room, which was an upgrade with a fireplace, but it still had issues. The fireplace had chipped rocks, the walls looked like they were mid-prep for painting, and the bathroom floor constantly had standing water with no clear source. We were on the 5th floor and the main elevator kept breaking down. At that point, we didn’t want to go through moving again, so we just made it work—but overall, the condition of the rooms really took away from the experience."

"Had a nice stay at this hotel only complaint is the beds aren’t very comfortable to sleep in and they have a fire pit that needs to be light by a lighter if you want to use it so you will have to light it yourself or wait for maintenance. Parking is another additional fee that isn’t added into your stay until check in. Also had the same breakfast everyday. Overall tho we had an excellent stay."

"Beautiful villas. Everyone is friendly. We will definitely go back. Except for one thing even tho it was clean the bathrooms need a little more cleaning there was a lot of hair. And the jacuzzi need more cleaning. Maybe you guys could run it after people leave because it had balls of hair coming out. When we turned on."
