"Very nice hotel even though there was remodeling taking place. I requested a king bed in a handicap room as my wife is in a wheelchair. Lobby was in process of being remodeled as well as first floor. Since I requested a handicap room they made sure that a handicap room was complete prior to my arrival. I can't say enough how the staff treated us. They even offered to go to second floor to get ice for me. Room was very comfortable."

"This is a very clean hotel and front desk very professional and helpful. The breakfast was so so scrambled eggs very dry, bacon over cooked hard the waffle was ok but over cooked on bottom didn’t know you had to turn the maker over no sign just waffle maker kept beeping until front desk came and said if you making waffles you have to turn it which she did but by that time bottom was over cooked when timer did go off I guess turning it starts timer which as I said should have a sign by waffle maker, coffee ok not great but as far as clean yes only complaint with housekeeping second day never cleaned or made bed but should have left clean towels & taken dirty. But that is why I gave a 4 star."

"This is a fine accommodation for those road warriors stopping to rest for a night. The local seafood restaurant next door is a local favorite with good value and great food. We were disappointed when the front desk staff didn’t offer up any information on breakfast times or location of the breakfast room. They also neglected to tell us of the Wi-Fi info ie. password etc. sadly the desk clerk also placed us in the least desirable room at the stairwell by the ice machine. We also had some road crew workers hanging out late into the evening. You guessed it sitting on the staircase smoking and drinking. Oh what fun. Staff could have been more considerate to us given we are retirees and often retire early so a more quiet local would have been appreciated."
