Aiden by Best Western Newark Airport

10/10 Excellent

"Staff was very helpful in directing us on airport shuttle options. Loved the Drybar selection of products."

Robert Treat Hotel

8/10 Good

"The hotel was nice inside and the rooms were clean. The bed was comfy, and there was a shuttle to and from the airport and train station (a big plus), but no posted schedule for trips. They run every half hour as best I can tell, so post a schedule. Also, I would have liked there to have been coffee somewhere, or a basic vending area. There was no coffee in the room or in the lobby, and no coffee shop in the hotel, or even a machine for basic amenities -- food, stamps, soda... The room had a refrigerator, but it wasn't on, and didn't work as best I could tell, and when I requested a taxi, the desk called one, but didn't check if it was reasonably close. It's a hotel with charm and clean rooms, and the potential to be really nice overall."

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Newark Liberty International

8/10 Good

"This property is located a bit further from EWR than expected. Shuttle service was definitely a plus and drivers to/from very helpful and courteous. Property amenities and accommodations were as advertised. Check-in however was disastrous. Customers before me were checked in and on their way in minutes. When I approached, the three women behind the counter were more interested in conversing with each other than serving me. Add to, I had to endure their snickering when I returned later to request shuttle service for the next day. Not at all what is expected from any employee/associate least of all one employed by a Marriott affiliate. As a result, I will think twice before a future stay at this property and will caution others."

Extended Stay America Suites Elizabeth Newark Airport

10/10 Excellent

"My experience with the staff was excellent. It is not a luxurious hotel but the rooms are large and well appointed. For me the staff was a pleasure to deal with at the front desk(Destiny, Maria, Ramsey, Ellen) were always welcoming. The shuttle (Lito is a gentleman), the GM Ray was attentive and pleasant, housekeeping(Sue,Cruz) a delight to deal with. I would recommend this particular extended Stay in Elizabeth based on my experience ."
