"Our desk person was friendly. Ice water was available in the lobby, which was a real treat on a hot day. The room was clean, smelled clean, and was nicely decorated. Amenities were great in and out of the room. I like that there is a bar and a service breakfast in the lobby. The pool was open and looked clean. Not thrilled about the pricing of the shop items by front desk, but they weren't much higher than other hotels on the west coast. (It is bad price gouging though.) The hotel was calm and quiet and in a not so bad area. We felt secure and rested through our stay.
I understand cutting cost when buying for hotels, but PLEASE! consider getting waterproof liners for your showers. ALSO, consider getting non-slip strips or textured tubs. They were SUPER slippery and in the long run, you will develop mold and mildew with all the excess water spraying out of the tub. This is the ONLY complaint I would give, but it is all too common in hotels across America."
