I can't recommend this hotel, despite a few positives. The location was excellent, the bell staff was friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The biggest issue was that this 12-story hotel only had one working elevator for our entire stay. One of the hotel's two elevators was out of service, and there is no separate service elevator, so guests and staff all had to share the same one. We were on the 7th floor, and there was always a line waiting for the elevator. We ended up taking the stairs several times because it was faster. When we asked if it would be repaired, staff told us they were having trouble locating the replacement part, making it seem like the elevator had been out of service for quite some time. Despite this, the hotel never disclosed the issue before our arrival and declined to offer any discount or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. The room also felt very dated, like it hadn't been updated since the mid-1990s, and the bed wasn't very comfortable. At this price point, there are plenty of other nice hotels in the area. We chose this one for its walkable location to Pike Place Market, but that convenience was completely offset by the elevator situation. Unfortunately, because of the dated rooms, uncomfortable bed, and poor hotel management, I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

Hotel location is great. It is a short walk to the attractions and open spaces of the Seattle Centre and downtown is easily accessed by the Monorail which is an attraction in itself. The roof terrace has great views and is a lovely space to sit out. The staff were friendly and helpful

I would gladly stay here again! The hotel was in such a convenient location, we parked the car and didn't need it throughout the stay. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was clean and I loved their ice water station and great coffee selection in the rooms and in the lobby. I have no bad things to say about our stay at this hotel. You will see some displaced citizens hanging out a block away because I believe their services building is there but they do not bother you. If you are uncomfortable, I suggest walking a block or two up and going around 3rd Street where most are.

Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. And the staff is incredible. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and pikes place market. Would want to stay here every trip to Seattle
