"When first arriving at Comfort Inn, I was a little taken aback because it was in the middle of a very busy street, with virtually no indication that it was a hotel. And upon first entry, it did look a little worn. But after arrival, the staff made up for everything. During our stay, the staff at the continental breakfast (Marcy?) was wonderful. So friendly, especially when we were staying more than one night and interacted again the next day. The continental breakfast was very good - 2 different waffle makers, scrambled eggs and sausage one morning and biscuits and gravy the next. The area was very clean and empty items eere replenished quickly. And on the second morning, we informed the front desk staff that there was an oder like sewer gas in our room. They not only immediately sent up their maintenance staff up to the room to take care of it, the front desk manager (hotel manager?) gave both my sister-in-law (in the next room) and I bonus Choice Reward points for our inconvenience. All in all, I would definitely stay here again. And there’s a Starbucks and a bakery right across the street!"

"Housekeeping went above and beyond to make us at home right down to little touches. Made beds even folded our blankets we brought and positioned my lil ones stuffed animals and tablet on the bed for her to see like they were watching the tablet. Thank u for having caring staff. You just can't find many places like that anymore. U are number one in my book and we will def being staying with u on our next visit."

"The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I booked in advance a few hours before and had paid with my debit card and when I got there they didn't have the 2 bed Queen room I originally had paid for all they had was a King hot tub suite. Before I could even say or ask anything the gentleman at the front desk apologized for the inconvenience and gave me the upgraded more expensive room for the same price. That was honestly hands down the absolute best experience I've ever had at any hotel or motel. And in the morning the staff was very generous and understanding when my daughter and I overslept and were more than an hour late checking out. Definitely giving a 5 star rating!! This particular AmericInn by Wyndham will be the only place I stay from now on for sure!! Absolute rock stars they are!! "
