Check-in was extremely busy due to a particularly large group checking in and we were briefly concerned that check-in would be slow…HOWEVER, the staff handled it brilliantly and even upgraded our room as an apology (they upgraded us to a presidential suite, which more than exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t have been happier). We would in particular like to thank Joshua for such incredible customer service at check-in - the surprise upgrade made our whole trip to Montreal even more special."
