"This hotel was booked while I was in town for a convention. Upon check in there was no one at the front desk but I am presuming there is a limited amount of staff working at times. After a brief wait I was able to make contact with the front desk personnel and check in was very fast and easy. The pool is still closed as of 10/2026 by order of the county and has been closed since 2024. I will say that there is evidence that they are working on the pool area with how it looks now compared to the pictures on line. It was a slim chance that I would have been able to use it so this was not a deal breaker. The breakfast buffet was sufficient. They had a decent range of options for a continental breakfast and comparable to other hotels I have stayed at. The inside of the property looked and smelled clean to me. The bed was very comfortable with clean sheets and no evidence of any issues with the beds. There are some maintenance issues that could be addressed. The additional lock in my room was broken and not functioning. The bathroom mirror had been removed as well as the hairdryer with holes noted in the walls. A few areas of paint touch up may be in order. I had a problem with the tv in the room and getting the remote to work. I had my tablet with tv service so I didn’t see this as a major problem so I did not address it with the staff. Overall the hotel was okay based on price and experience. I travel to the area at least once a year and would not hesitate to book here again."
"We stated two nights in October. I had called to see about adjoining rooms or at least in same floor, well, we were originally in different floors, they never checked or read my requests very discouraged. Air conditioning didn’t work, they had to reset it but still didn’t work. We hadn’t even checked out yet, and the cleaning man was in our room when husband came out of bathroom. Only 9;00 am. Pool was down"
"From what I found, this is the only hotel in Marshfield with both a pool and hot tub. The heated outdoor pool and hot tubs were awesome, although the bubbles didn't seem to work. There was also a sauna, but we did not use it. The terrace also included a sitting area with a stone fire. While we would have preferred it be open even later, the pool was at least open until 10. The bar closed at 10, too, unfortunately.
Room was nearly spotless and everything worked. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly."
