"Wonderful hotel in Turino! The staff is amazing and so helpful! Our room was huge and we had 20 ft high ceilings! Huge tall windows! Great view! Very modern and clean! The only draw back was the mattress on the bed was very hard/firm. I think this is becoming more common in Europe. But it feels like sleeping on the floor it is so hard. Being from the United States, I am used to plush, pillow soft mattresses. I had to take Tylenol and Aleve to get through the night, My legs and hips were hurting...

My only concern ahead of the trip was not knowing for sure if they had baggage storage if we arrived earlier, stayed in town after check-out. "Great position within minutes of key old town sites but in a quiet backstreet. Staff lovely and helpful. Breakfast included was typically Italian - highlight being the coffee Useful stuff in mini bar (water, juice, some snacks) complimentary & re-stocked for free, which was a nice touch. Didn’t try the basement spa out, which was a shame. All good!"
