"The location was excellent. The employees were nice but there were a number of things that were not great. The building has a lot of deferred maintenance making the place look run down. The room was fine, however there was leftover plate and napkin in one of the drawers and a used towel in the bottom of the armoire a thick layer of dust on top of it. On the last day of my stay someone was pressure washing the building and caused a bunch of water to come into my room. I notified the front desk and they said they would send housekeeping up when the pressure washing was done. I left and when I returned, the water was still there. When I called the front desk again they said housekeeping had left and offered to change my room or give me a mop. I did not want to change rooms because I was checking out the following morning. So, I cleaned it myself with towels. Not the best experience overall. "

"If you stay in Louisville this is a must stay absolutely amazing place to stay easy access to everything especially the yum center this is luxury at its best and the restaurants in the hotel are wonderful "
