"The room was a little tired and dirty. The bathroom has not been cleaned well. There were hairs in the tub and marks/dirt on the toilet seat and around the sink area. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, though at check in I was told I owed £40 but I’d already paid the full amount. The redeeming part was the breakfast- good food and friendly staff. "

"Lovely hotel, big beautiful rooms, clean and crisp. Beds were the right combination of soft and firm (no hotel backache). Not too hot, just right. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was great. And it was QUIET. No noisy Aircon or thin walls like some places I've stayed. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in (between the UK, Munich, Copenhagen, Bratislava, Budapest, Vienna, and Paris).
Would love to stay again sometime! "
