"As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and was impressed with the pods. They’re a pretty good size so I didn’t feel like it was too cramped. Everything was pretty clean. The staff were great and often gave suggestions on activities to do which I thought was pretty cool. It’s in a great spot that it’s easy to walk literally everywhere. Will definitely be staying here again when I return!"

"I really loved the hotel lobby, the proximity to town amenities and the friendly staff. Blackout curtains were welcomed. My only negative comment is the bathroom has a shower curtain and it’s really small."

"Tub could be a challenge for elderly or handicap. It was a high step. This is said to be a self service hotel but thankfully there were staff on hand to help. We had issues with our codes but staff managed the issue. We were on the third floor and the customers at the bar were quit loud. Thankfully they did not stay too late.. Location is great and hard to beat."

"Great location in the heart of Reykjavik. Friendly staff. Rooms are clean and modern. I can’t quite understand the European half-shower wall with no door, so I often had to clean up a wet bathroom floor. Not much of a view for their ‘glass house view’ advertised rooms, but I wasn’t really there to spend time in my room. All in all, a great value for the money. My only suggestion when booking is to ask for a front, street view."
