Its not serviced apt but a gated community with stern gate woman that doesn't speak understandable English at all n refused to let us in or even park anywhere close n later said only accept 3 nights booking n demanded us to leave without a chance to talk to the person whoever is in charge! "It was a bit hard to find but very comfortable. I would reccomend staying here. I booked for someone who just needed a night stay, so there was no interaction with staff. Just make sure you follow check in and out times, or you wont see staff. Although we checked in after hours we were able to get in."

"The Room cleaning assistants are fantastic. The breakfast staff are all professional and letting you feel comfortable dining, the king alarm staff are Awesome!. The receptionists at the front desk are excellent! Especially the guys who work morning and night shifts. "
"Spectacular views all around. Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent bar, a good place to rest and recharge. As others have commented, the food is good, not great. Recommend staying here."
"Miss Sue-such a wonderful, friendly, and down-to-earth spirit. Her energy lights up any room. When we arrived, Sue greeted us with open arms and showed us our place of rest for the next 3 days.
The B&B was clean, smelled great, and well-fitted with all the amenities- clean towels, tea bags, water, etc.-we needed for our stay. The backyard is a wonder to behold with beautifully maintained garden- Greco-like inspiration. Privacy at its peak and a homeliness to cherish. There is a pool (we didn't use but will do so on our next visit). The community is safe and secure. We never felt uncomfortable. The BB is also close to supermarkets but further away from the bustling streets if nature inspires your soul.
Additionally, Sue connected us with Camille, who provided reliable transportation to get around town.
We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend booking Millsborough BB."

"After a handful of stays here, this definitely feels like a home away from home. If you're looking for a traditional hotel experience with typical hotel amenities, this may not be the spt for you (although it still may be - they have god wifi, TVs, a proper full kitchen, a pool and an onsite restaurant), but I will stay here every time I visit the Kingston area due to the good energy, friendly communication, beautiful property and location, the yummy breakfast - and the proximity to the things I want to do (Dub Club; Pretty Close; Penfield Falls). "
"I stayed one night at RafJam with my mom. The property was gorgeous! There was a steam flowing through the side and rear or the property and had a cool dripping area and two mini falls. The sound of the stream, birds and beautiful flora and fauna was accident perfect for the relaxing trip we were looking for.
We pre ordered dinner and breakfast was served. Both delicious.
The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and exceeded my expectations in this area.
Suzanne the owner and Shane were very welcoming and helpful.
I would absolutely stay here again but LONGER and recommend to anyone looking for something off the beaten path.
Finding the place was a bit difficult and would recommend a call to the property before heading out and getting additional directions. There was also construction when we visited but that didn’t interrupt our trip.
Book today and stay awhile and enjoy nature at this naturally beautiful property."
"Amazing views and the host offered me great insight into the area and history of Jamaica and Kingston
It is NOT close to the actual city. I would NOT use a rental car to commute there. Use a cab or Uber only. It costs about 10-15 dollars (US) each way to the Half Tree area and a little more for other popular sites.
It was clean and I felt safe the whole time"
