"Even before we arrived, the wonderful Suzanne really went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay - not just with her but for the rest of our road trip around Jamaica. We cannot recommend highly enough. Lovely location, room, garden, hospitality."

"This is an older building but a recently renovated apartment. I travel to New Kingston for business every other week and to enjoy the nightlife after. At first, it was all hotels, but the dynamics of lodging have shifted and I have done apartments almost exclusively for the past 2 years. I have stayed at enough apartments to conclusively say this one is the better of them all. Most New Kingston one bedroom apartments were built as studios. Most New Kingston one bedroom is so cramped with a...

"I rented this apartment for about a week during business presentation in Kingston. The staff were helpful, detailed and kind. Also, the location and general layout is very safe and well-kept. I appreciated having laundry appliances and a full kitchen with pots and pans so that I could cook, too. Security guards at gate 24/7 plus staff on WhatsApp made me feel like everything was always taken care of. Also, I was concerned about mosquitos, but the apartment is set up so that they basically...

"OMG My Stay was AMAZING. Starting with check in. 2 Beautiful Smiles Greeted Me. And I knew I had made the perfect choice. Everything was Perfect. My husband and I are on Our HONEYMOON, and they went above and beyond our Expectations. Shout outs to Elianna & Chrisann for setting the Bar High. "After a handful of stays here, this definitely feels like a home away from home. If you're looking for a traditional hotel experience with typical hotel amenities, this may not be the spt for you (although it still may be - they have god wifi, TVs, a proper full kitchen, a pool and an onsite restaurant), but I will stay here every time I visit the Kingston area due to the good energy, friendly communication, beautiful property and location, the yummy breakfast - and the proximity to the things I want to do (Dub Club; Pretty Close; Penfield Falls). "The owner Suzanne is very personable & welcoming. She lives on the property & the apt is at the lower level with an independent entrance. The space is nicely done & a practical kitchen, & seating area. She had some supplies in the kitchen which were very thoughtful -esp if you are on the road eg milk, cereal, sugar, salt etc
The grounds are quite lovely - a nice garden with flowers, ferns, Orchids & tropical fruit trees,
You are free to walk around & help yourself to fruit if u want to. The pool is also an added bonus( though we did not use it) Suzanne also helped us with restaurant recommendations & getting Uber/ transport options.
Would wholeheartedly recommend Suzzane’s BnB
( we did not opt for the breakfast option) "
"I stayed one night at RafJam with my mom. The property was gorgeous! There was a steam flowing through the side and rear or the property and had a cool dripping area and two mini falls. The sound of the stream, birds and beautiful flora and fauna was accident perfect for the relaxing trip we were looking for.
We pre ordered dinner and breakfast was served. Both delicious.
The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and exceeded my expectations in this area.
Suzanne the owner and Shane were very welcoming and helpful.
I would absolutely stay here again but LONGER and recommend to anyone looking for something off the beaten path.
Finding the place was a bit difficult and would recommend a call to the property before heading out and getting additional directions. There was also construction when we visited but that didn’t interrupt our trip.
Book today and stay awhile and enjoy nature at this naturally beautiful property."
