"Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Room was warm, clean and comfortable, if I were to nit pick it was a little stark, needs a couple of pictures on the walls and a lamp near the sofa. Food was amazing, fresh, tasty and delcious"

"From reception to check out brilliant. What a beautiful building and location right on the edge of the river severn. Restaurant was so xmassy and food delicious. Our room was for 4 with 2 bedrooms, spacious modern with everything we could wish for. Big bonus amazing views from balcony also. One particular older waiter was exceptional, such a grafter, and so good at his job....a credit to any hotel. Worked 8 till 11 sat night and again sunday morn ! Always courteous and friendly, nothing too much. Loved it ...going again next year "
