"Our favourite place to stay when we visit Timmins. "

"Staff was friendly. Hotel was very dirty. 2 other families cancelled their reservation as their rooms were filthy. The one bed looked like someone had vomited on it or bled all up the mattress. When mentioned the front staff said it was cleaned, but we suggested it needed to be thrown out. The floors were extremely dirty, looked like they hadn't been vacuumed or swept in weeks. It looked like bugs by my toilet, so I asked the cleaner to remove them but he used a Swiffer without the Swiffer pad and moved them over to the door jam where they couldn't go into the hall because it was raised. I asked him for a broom to sweep myself and he said he had no broom. "

"The coffee in the room is not good. Breakfast is too simple. Last time, there was a very bad noise coming from the other unit. "

"There wasn't fridge in my room. Power not working on the wall where the coffee maker and microwave were so obviously neither worked. When I mentioned it to Staff I was told that there wasn't anyone who could fix it. Variety at breakfast was good but it was cold. My room had an adjoining room but the doors were not sound proof so I could hear everything from the people in the other room."

"Everything was as expected. Staff were great! Old building but we'll maintained and super clean which is what's important to me."

"Very nice rooms. Very awesome staff. Parking was full but had no issues finding somewhere. Comfortable beds. Family of 4. "

"Our stay was terrible our room had dirty bedding no soap 2 towels sign on door stating you will be charged for any stained linens etc. building is very run down mold smell and not clean at all. Went to front desk to report the stained linen on the bed as we didn’t want to be charged and was told some rooms have not been cleaned and we couldn’t be moved and apologized I would never stay in this hotel again and I would t recommend it. Staff was ok Parking is free but in a very run down underground garage. Hotel needs alot of upgrading if they want family’s to stay here "
