Nice hotel, about 15-20 minutes walk from the train station or 2 stops of a bus. Helpful staff, nice large windows and a huge but a little narrow bathtub. Kettle in the room! And a comfy bed. One thing worth to mention is that there is not much sound isolation probably due to the age of the building but they do provide you ear plugs. Not a problem if you stay up late and wake up early. But you can hear your neighbors well.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and approachable especially Max who has helped us with our online train tickets. Room was clean and cozy. I recommend to have a different breakfast menu each day so guest have variety. Overall, our stay in Hotel Chalet was terrific.

This was an excellent hotel in a great location just outside of the business of Interlaken. Five min walk to the Main Street. Great breakfast and staff were excellent. Especially Maximilian on reception. Such a friendly young man who welcomed us and provided excellent service. Very dog friendly hotel.

A Swiss Stay

A true Swiss style hotel. It had great character. Our room was large and hotel only 10 minute walk from Interlaken West train station. Friendly staff.

Lovely hotel

Great hotel, very family orientated. Amazing views from the rooms, which were warm and comfortable. Only downside was not a lot odlf parking, but the hotel provide bus passes to get to and from the bars/restaurants and all the tourist hotspots.

Cute hotel, chalet-style made the Switzerland trip even more special. Perfect location a nice walk to the train station ot bus stop right across the street. Walking distance to restaurants, COOP and a pharmacy. On the same street as the bus going towards Thun as well. Staff at the front desk were amazing and helpful for any questions or issues we had. Area was so quiet too. Breakfast had enough options for food. Price of the hotel was decent.

Property has a beautiful garden and picnic area. View from our room balcony was a great picture of Interlaken West. Breakfast was very good (free!) and staff attentive and informative. Hotel is decorated with beautiful period photos and antiques.
