Our tatami room was incredibly dirty, dusty and bathroom wS leaking n smelly. Bathroom near dining room, water leaked around the toulet when flushed. Grand Base Nagasaki City
Convenient location, very modern apartment with sensor-controlled lighting and a selectable hot water system. The check-in process was quite convoluted, including uploading passports / paying accommodation tax online / video chat.

GRAND BASE Saiwaimachi
AC works, enough space for 6 people, clean, fast response from support staff. Location is a bit far from the train station by foot, it's more convenient to take a taxi especially if you have luggages.
