"I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. On my date of arrival I was early 07.00. I could sit in the lobby which was great and after talking to the reception at 08.00 my room was ready after 15 minutes which was very nice. "Beautiful location at the park entrance, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Well maintained property and very clean. We loved staying here!"

"It is a lovely hotel with all its spa facilities. Room was very comfortable. Staff very helpful. However, it does not have a central bar area where you can just relax with a drink. I will stay there again next week but I will be looking for another option in the Friesland area."

"Tolle Unterkunft in einer perfekten Lage, sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet, äußerst gepflegt. Das Frühstück und dessen Präsentation waren einmalig. Leider war das Einchecken problematisch und langwierig, da die Empfangsmitarbeiterin im System nicht ausreichend geschult war und keine Gästekarte ausstellen konnte. Das Hotel hat auch eine sehr schöne Terrasse am Wasser, die wir um 16.40h leider nicht mehr betreten durften, da der zuständige Mitarbeiter um 17.00h in seinen „wohlverdienten...

"Das Personal war großartig darin, mich zu Ignorieren :( Wenn doch mal jemand zu sprechen war, dann waren das zwar nur max 2-3 Dreiwortsätze, ohne Blickkontakt, aber immerhin. Wenn ich eine Frage hatte war grundsätzlich keiner da oder sah sich geneigt, mit mir zu sprechen - ansonsten hätte ich das alles gleich vor Ort besprechen können. Das Zimmer an sich war sauber, lag allerdings im Treppenhaus, also exakt zwischen Restaurant & Küche und schräg über der Rezeption… Entsprechend lang zogen...
