"A bit dated and tired but friendly helpful staff."

"Went there for a work trip. Overall experience was good. Only a small personal remark about the bed. The bed was ok, but a bit of a thin squeaky mattress. Also 2 separate mattresses in a double bed where one is lying higher than the other isn't extremely comfortable. Nonetheless. Breakfast was good, room was ok. Good for a business trip."

"Its fine and certainly well located, but very basic. Sheets pretty rough and the towel had been left in a washer too long. Very musty smelling. Be warned, hotel is right under bell tower and you do hear it throughout the night if window is open."

"Excellent location and great number of things to keep you busy with, as we only book the accommodation on the day we arrived we really loved the experience. We arrived on Christmas Day and the restaurant was open and served a wonderful dinner. If we plan to go back to Germany we certainly will visit here again as it was one of our favorite stays. "I made the reservation in the afternoon of the date I wanted to stay. Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). I asked how can it be and was told that if I want to speak with someone in English I should call again in 0.5-1 hours. I called more than...

"Nice Bavarian cultural hotel with local foods. Lunch comes with limited options. Dinners were usually ok except one day. If you don't eat meat it is a bit hard to find something suitable to you. You may need to request room cleaning if you need. Great place for kids, they can navigate themselves above 3yo. "

"It’s in an apartment building. I needed a kitchen and parking, so it was good value for the money. I had trouble connecting ti the Wifi but Christian helped walk us through it. Make sure you pay him for the parking before you arrive. "

"Unser Zimmer war modern renoviert und ruhig. Ausstattung war gut, einzig die Kissen waren zu weich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Großer Pool mit Blick ins Grüne. Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, das Corona Prozedere dabei ist halt etwas umständlich, funktioniert aber. Die Musikauswahl im Frühstücksraum sorgt dafür, dass die Gäste dort nicht unnötig lang verweilen. Insgesamt durchaus empfehlenswert."
