The front desk staff was professional and helpful. Doris at breakfast was polite and courteous and stocked the breakfast bar quickly. When called downstairs for wash clothes and etc... Was given quickly enjoyed my visit there!!!!

The staff and the hotel is nice but for some reason there was a lot of noise in the night. Maybe they can install white noise in the rooms or close the common areas sooner. Overall it was very clean

Very clean property. The King bed room was a whole suite. Living room space, spacious bathroom. Love that they use Dove products. A/C unit is quiet. The bed is super comfortbale, and clean. 2 large tv units in the room. The freezer section in the fridge is severly frosted over but it helps keeps thr rest of the fridge cold. I missed breakfast on all 3 days, but they always had fresh coffee available in the dining section. I was very happy with my stay.

Great Holiday Inn Express experience. The front desk lady who worked afternoons to midnight was so nice and helpful. She helped keep me in the same room instead of having to change them and had a cheerful happy attitude.

My day was good. The only problem I had was the hot water in the shower. It was only one day or may I say one early morning and that was Sunday morning when the water was real hot Saturday night water was not hot Monday morning at 3 o’clock in the morning, when I got ready to leave, water was not that was the only problem I had with my Stay, other than that everything was fine.

I found the Holiday Inn to be comfortable. Staff were courteous & helpful. Check-in was simple without any complications. I will definitely recommend to anyone. Plus, the rate was within reasons as opposed to the other hotels in the same area.
