"Great staff and great view of the city with the historical pool"

"All staff we encountered were extremely courteous and sweet. We got to the hotel after 3am due to a continuously delayed flight. The attendant who met us was gracious, helpful, and patient. We kept apologizing for troubling her, but she just kepy saying, "You're fine, don't worry about it." Everyone else we we asked questions of were just as helpful and sweet. They all went above and beyone for what were clearly "dumb tourists"."

"I had such an amazing stay at Yotel DC, from the moment I checked in with Natavia. She was knowledgeable and efficient and made me immediately feel welcome. I was also helped by Dewan and Lolo throughout the weekend. Everyone on staff at the front desk was a complete professional. Likewise with the service staff at both the lobby bar and the pool area bar. Kerriann and Jane were both fast and friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with them! All in all, this was a great stay and I will stay here again next time I visit. "
