Customer service was excellent.
This apartment sleeps two people only. The listing says three people but the futon meant for the third person has a metal bar running through the middle. Our son was extremely uncomfortable.
Room was clean but there was black hair on the floor when we arrived.
Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night on our first night. We had to walk 34 flights down.
Very noisy but that’s to be expected on York Street.
I would not stay here again.
